Cold weather is expected to return to the north-east midway through the week.
The Met Office has predicted Monday will be a brighter day with some sunshine alongside a few showers in Aberdeenshire and Moray.
The temperature is even expected to reach around 6-7 Celsius in the afternoon.
Tuesday is predicted to be mild with some rain but Wednesday will be colder, with temperatures around 2-3 Celcius during the day and -3 Celcius later on with snow expected in some areas.
Snow showers are then expected to continue onto Friday.
