The fire has been reported at Quanterness on the A965 Kirkwall to Stromness Road. A spokesman for the fire service said the incident had been reported to them just after 4.20pm and crews from Kirkwall are en-route. No further details are currently available. The road is currently closed and a diversion is in place via the Old Finstown Road.
