Firefighters tackle bus on fire

Firefighters on Barra have extinguished a bus which caught fire.

A crew from the island used hosereel jets and breathing apparatus to extinguish the blaze, which happened in the Grean area.

Crews were called to the incident just before 2.50pm and left the scene around 4.40pm.

A spokesman for the fire service confirmed there are no casualties.
