A duet between two hopefuls on The Voice was labelled “the best ever battle” by viewers.
Tesni Jones and Jason Nicholson-Porter performed The Beatles’ Let It Be on Saturday night’s show which saw the round of head-to-head challenges continue.
The two contestants offered a melodic rendition of the hit track which was lauded with a standing ovation by the audience.
Coach Jennifer Hudson opted to take Nicholson-Porter through to the next round leaving Jones available for a steal.
Will.i.am heaped praise on the singer but chose not to press his button to the disappointment of viewers on social media who heaped praise on the two acts for the duet.
@KatyParkes tweeted: “Yes that’s a battle!! Goosebumps!! Jason and Tesni! Shame Will didn’t steal her!”
@LamontJunior wrote: “Tesni deserved a spot! I LOVED her voice.”
