The incident took place at around 3.55pm on Monday, October 12 on Laurel Drive, near the Persley Bridge roundabout junction. A blue Audi Q5 and the motorcycle were involved in the crash. It is understood that the car then crashed into metal barriers at the side of the road. Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.
