Frank Ocean treated fans to a Valentine’s Day gift as he released a cover of 1961 classic Moon River.
His reinterpretation of the song – which was performed by Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast At Tiffany’s – was posted to YouTube on Thursday but the video features a 2/14 stamp.
The cover features a sparse guitar with a patchwork of layered vocals and delighted a number of fellow musicians including Lily Allen and Paramore’s Hayley Williams.
Allen wrote: “This is lovely” on Twitter while Brockhampton DJ and producer Romil Hemnani tweeted: “New frank ocean song is so awesome it makes me miss my guitar.”
