Myleene Klass has thanked her fans for their birthday messages as she celebrated turning 40.
The radio presenter and classical musician – who is currently on holiday soaking up the sun with her daughters Ava and Hero, and partner Simon Motson – shared a picture of herself among a pile of birthday balloons and a gold tinsel wall curtain.
She wrote on Instagram: “Come on 40, let’s see what you’ve got for me! Thank you for all my Birthday Messages. Xx.”
Klass also shared an Instastory post of the celebratory birthday set-up, complete with a bottle of champagne, put up as a surprise overnight by Mr Motson.
Over the video, she wrote the caption: “When your BF does this in the middle of the night…”
The next post was a video of herself and Mr Motson riding a buggy through a tropical setting.
Klass wrote: “Off to a birthday breakfast.”
Famous friends of the former Hear’Say star posted messages to wish her a happy birthday as she reached the landmark age.
Radio DJ Lauren Laverne commented on Instagram: “HAZZA BUZZA, DOLLFACE!! Raising a coffee to you RN, can’t wait to celebrate with you on your return! Xxxx.”
TV star and model Kelly Brook added a “happy birthday” message and several kissing emojis.
On Twitter, singer Olly Murs and presenter Caroline Flack were among those sending celebratory posts.
Klass was recently revealed to be reprising her presenting role at the Classic Brit Awards when the ceremony returns in June after a five-year break.
