A bath big enough for two, a love swing and a treehouse will be available to the contestants of ITV’s latest Love Island rival, Survival Of The Fittest.
The new dating show will see a fresh group of singles relocate to South Africa as they are faced with a series of tough mental and physical challenges that pit the women against the men.
The 12 contestants will share a lodge in the South African region of Limpopo which is fitted with separate girls’ and boys’ dorms, dressing rooms, and a stunning outdoor bathroom.
The Lodge also includes an open plan kitchen and a large dining table with a tree trunk, made from an African tree, as its centre piece.
For those coupling up during the show, a comfortable hanging chair built for two and a treehouse to escape to may be of use.
Contestants also have use of an outdoor gym, a swimming pool and a firepit with 61 cameras watching their every move.
Each contestant will be equipped with a watch – to operate on a closed secure network to prevent contact with the outside world – which alerts them of new challenges.
According to creators, viewers will be tasked with deciding who goes home and who gets to inch closer to the cash prize as the show determines “which sex has the upperhand, while romantic dates test their loyalties to the limit”.
On the girls’ team are Dani, Georgia, Georgie, Jenny, Mariam and Tia while the boys’ team is made up of Callum, David, James, Ryan, Tristan and Warren
Survival Of The Fittest starts on February 11 at 9pm on ITV2.
