Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway fans have shared their disappointment after the show was cancelled this weekend.
The programme was postponed after Ant McPartlin, 42, was charged with drink-driving and returned to rehab.
ITV changed the schedule and pulled forward an episode of The Voice UK to fill the slot. It will air next weekend with just Declan Donnelly .
Regular viewers spent Saturday night sharing throwback clips on social media as they were forced to wait a further seven days before its return.
Olivia Hutch shared a clip from last year’s series in which the duo celebrated their 25 years together with an epic performance.

McPartlin was charged with drink-driving following his arrest on Sunday March 18 and will appear in court on April 4.
An ITV spokesman said earlier this week: “We can confirm that Saturday Night Takeaway, presented by Declan Donnelly, will return to ITV on March 31, and the series finale will be taking place at Universal Orlando Resort in Florida a week later.”
Donnelly wrote in a statement on the duo’s official Twitter page: “Whilst I never thought I’d be in this position, after much discussion and careful consideration we’ve decided that the remaining two shows of this series of Saturday Night Takeaway will go ahead.”
“We made a promise to take hundreds of deserving winners to Florida to watch the series finale, and we will honour that.
“Everyone at ITV and the Takeaway team feels we owe it to the audience to complete the series.”
