The Love Island ladies thanked God as two new men arrived at the villa.
Charlie Frederick, 23, and Josh Denzel, 26, were waiting by the pool as the others got up during Sunday’s instalment of the ITV2 show.
Samira Mighty, who has struggled to make a love connection so far, said her prayers had been answered as she spotted the newcomers.
“Someone listened to my prayers at night!” she gushed.
“Thank you Jesus.”
Contestant Georgia Steel said: “Literally all the girls were stood on the terrace. And we saw fresh blood. We were all so excited.
“I was like, ‘Who are they, where have they come from, how did they get here?’
“So basically Josh I would say is my type, 100%. They’re very good looking boys so let’s give it to them.”
Hayley Hughes, whose pairing with Eyal Booker is on the rocks, appeared to welcome the distraction.
“Obviously I’ve slept on the couch last night, my head was scrambled and stuff and then I’ve woken up to a special little delivery. Come on!” she said.
The new arrivals were aware they had shaken things up, with Frederick saying it was a “massive game changer”.
“I’m excited to come in and ruffle a few feathers,” he said.
There was a second shock in store for Mighty when she realised she already knew Frederick, as they had met on a dating app.
“I recognise you,” she said, and the model responded: “I was waiting for that.”
Mighty later explained in the Beach Hut: “So I know Charlie.
“I think we matched on a dating app. We texted, and then we just never met up and never spoke more.
“Yeah, it’s really strange seeing him in the flesh.”
While Mighty welcomed the possibility of a new romance, viewers are worries that the new boys won’t be right for her.
One person said on Twitter: “Even though he and Samira were chatting on that dating app Charlie didn’t say her when asked who he fancied…sis keep it moving.”
“Naaa Samira needs someone man this is getting sad,” tweeted another.
Love Island continues on ITV2.
