David Mundell in Aberdeen today to discuss Brexit plans with oil leaders

Scottish Secretary David Mundell today vowed to ensure the Brexit negotiations leave the North Sea industry in the “strongest possible position”.

The Tory cabinet minister also stressed the importance of now seeing the UK’s departure from the European Union as an opportunity.

And he hailed Theresa May’s commitment to make the oil and gas sector a key component of her government’s industrial strategy.
