The countdown is officially on to one of the most prestigious events in the north-east’s business calender.
Since its inception in 2015, The Gold Awards have gone from strength to strength and this year the event, which is on Friday, is sure to be bigger and better.
Jason Mohammad, host of BBC One’s Final Score, in association with The Press and Journal, will be hosting the evening, which will be held at the Marcliffe Hotel and Spa.
The awards were formed to reflect the depth and breadth of success in the energy sector.
Guests and finalists will be treated to a drinks reception, a three-course meal and entertainment.
Matt Rhodes, director of UK and Turkmenistan Oil and Gas at sponsors Bristow Helicopters, said: “Bristow Helicopters is excited to sponsor the P&J Gold Awards Above and Beyond category.
“It represents a great opportunity to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in their support for the industry in the North Sea.
“Bristow Helicopters is committed to delivering safe and efficient helicopter services for its customers and going above and beyond every day.
“Good luck to all finalists in this fantastic category.”
