A pedigree breeder from Skye lifted the champion title at the Aberdeen-Angus winter national show at Carlisle.
Donald Rankin, who runs the Kilmaluag herd, took the overall title with June-2015 born heifer Weeton Princess Chartreuse.
Bred by John Loftus and bought at a total herd sale of his Weeton herd at Stirling in October 2015, she is by Retties JFK and out of Blelack Princess Chartreuse.
She was brought out to the winter show, which formed part of the Agri Expo event at Borderway Mart, by the Richard, Carol and Jamie Rettie of Aberdona Mains, Alloa.
Prior to lifting the overall champion title, she stood yearling female, yearling overall and female champion at the event.
Earlier this year she was also placed first at the Highland Show, junior champion at the Great Yorkshire and reserve breed champion at Perth.
Judge Alan Morrison, who runs the Drummeer herd at Maguiresbridge, Co Fermanagh, said: “This heifer was an exceptional animal with great bone, strength and presence, while retaining her femininity.”
Mr Morrison awarded his reserve overall champion title to January 2016 born heifer Morpheus Rosebud from Cheshire-based Owen Tunney. She is by Oakchurch Evor and out of Elliot Rosebud, which was also purchased at the Weeton sale last year.
Other championship wins for Scottish breeders included the male champion title going to Hugh, Irene and Angus Hodge, of Stanley, Perth.
The Hodge family’s April-2015 born bull Wyddial Blackbeard, which was also shown by Richard Rettie, is by Rawburn Lord Ross and out of Blelack Blackbird.
The reserve male champion went to Gretnahouse Blacklight from Alasdair Houston’s Gretnahouse herd at Gretna Green.
Lastly, the Rettie family earned success in their own right when Retties Lady Ruth R329 lifted the reserve overall female championship title. She is an ET-bred daughter of Duncanziemere Edwin, out of Wall Lady Ruth.
