Aberdeenshire farmer John Fyall retired from the role of chairman at the organisation’s annual general meeting at Airth Castle Hotel, near Falkirk.
Vice-chairman Kathy Peebles, who comes from a family farm in Fife, also stood down from the role.
They were replaced by Lanarkshire farmer Jen Craig in the role of chairman and Maimie Paterson, of Upper Auchenlay, Dunblane, as vice-chairman.
Other changes included the resignation of the association’s Scottish development officer, George Milne.
Mr Milne paid tribute to those he had worked with but hinted at ructions in the organisation.
He said: “Committee meetings over the last six years have been tarnished by fighting and bickering and I have been very concerned about three past chairmen of NSA Scotland resigning.”
