Millie achieves her dream at Horse of the Year Show

Aberdeen rider Millie Lawson had a successful debut at the Horse of the Year Show.
The 11-year-old Cults Academy pupil finished fifth out of 18 in the 128cm championship competing on her pony Priestwood Hardy, known as Hary.
The 16-year-old 12.2hh Welsh Section B gelding was bought in Caithness for £400 two years ago and has now secured his place at the 128cm Grand Prix at Olympia International Horse Show and Liverpool International.
The combination jumped a clear over the 1m15 track to be only one of six to make the jump-off. With determination around the timed track, Hary tipped the planks to end with four faults to finish fifth, the only rider from Scotland to be placed.
Millie said: “It has always been my dream to compete at the Horse of the Year Show and I can’t believe how well Hary coped with the huge crowds and excitement.”
