Farmers and crofters are being asked to show their support for rural charity RSABI by sharing their festive farming pictures in the weeks ahead.
RSABI is asking people to share festive pictures on social media using the hashtag #supportRSABI.It says the initiative aims to raise awareness of the support the charity can offer, as well as recognising the dedication of farming families working over the festive period.
“The team here have chosen to wear their festive jumpers to help launch the social media awareness drive but we would be delighted to see any sort of festive farming pictures shared with our campaign hashtag,” said RSABI chief executive, Nina Clancy.
“We hope that the festive farming photos will raise a smile as well as raising awareness of the hard work that farming families do and the wide-ranging services RSABI offers. The aim is to also raise awareness of our supporters’ schemes which provide vital funds for the work we do.”
The supporters’ scheme allows individuals or businesses to commit to donating to the charity on an annual basis.
