Sheep farmers are invited to find out more about sustainable parasite control and grazing strategies at a series of online events next month.
The National Sheep Association (NSA) has teamed up with various industry bodies to deliver a series of online seminars.
The first event, which takes place on July 1 and will be repeated again on August 5, covers sustainable parasite control.
Organised in conjunction with the Moredun Research Institute and Elanco Animal Health, it aims to give a practical overview of parasite challenges and advice on how to monitor and test for worm burdens.
Grazing advice will then be offered at a virtual event on July 8, held in partnership with the Centre for Innovation Excellence in Livestock.
This event aims to give farmers advice on how to plan their grazing and conserved forage this year.
NSA chief executive Phil Stocker said the events would give farmers the chance to learn valuable knowledge from their own homes.
