A farming family from Udny are the proud owners of the champion flock in this year’s north-east Suffolk sheep competition.
C & M Bruce, at Tillyeve, Udny were crowned top of the flocks by judge Stewart Lathangie, from Pyeston Farm, Star, Glenrothes Fife.
The Bruce family keep 57 ewes in their Lochton flock, as well as the Tillyeve pedigree herd of Simmentals at their 540 acre enterprise.
The family partnership, which comprises Charlie, Marjorie, Kevin and Craig Bruce, last won the title in 1991.
