Police were today hunting for a thief who stole a tractor from a farm.
The Massey Ferguson 390 was taken from a farm on the outskirts of Strichen in Aberdeenshire at the weekend.
A Massey Ferguson 38 Cultivator was also stolen from the premises on Friday night.
The tractor – registered L122 UGB – and the farming machinery were worth more than 1,000 pounds.
Police Scotland constable Camilla McIntosh, said: “We are very keen to speak to anyone who may have knowledge of these distinctive pieces of farm equipment. “We would also urge anyone who may be offered equipment similar to this to come forward with details.”
