Housebuilder Bancon Homes has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of a new sales and marketing director.
Joanne Skinner has joined the independent Banchory-based firm from Barratt Homes, where she was sales manager.
Bancon Group chief executive, John Irvine, said: “In a challenging market, it’s even more important to have the best skills and experience.
“With an impressive track record in customer service and in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, Jo is a valuable addition to our team.”
The company recently launched the 40-property Oaklands development in Banchory. Its other current sites include luxury apartments at Aspire on Union Grove, detached houses at Milltimber West and flats and houses at the Maidencraig community, west of Aberdeen, as well as developments in Aboyne, Banchory and Drumoak.
