A digital platform connecting small companies to marketing agencies has been inundated since it was launched by a former Aberdeen Journals boss earlier this year.
Andrew Blair, formerly an assistant managing director at the Press and Journal’s parent company, has 450 agencies across the UK on his books since launching BusinessMatch in April.
BusinessMatch was designed to reduce the time and resources needed to source one-off or on-going partnerships through its matchmaking software.
Mr Blair said: “With technology advancing rapidly, many start-ups, small and medium businesses find it extremely hard and time consuming to source and secure effective marketing partners. It often requires sector knowledge and established connections. Now, businesses that want to accelerate their marketing options can do so, at the touch of a button.”
Services available through the matchmaking service include web development, ecommerce, video production with budgets ranging between £10,000 to over £250,000.
