Companies that believe they have supplied invaluable services within Human Resources (HR) are being encouraged to compete for a prestigious annual award.
Entries are still being accepted for the cHeRries which recognise excellence in the fields of HR, training and recruitment in the north-east.
Now entering its 11th year, the 2018 ceremony will be held on June 1 in Aberdeen, when the winners in 10 categories and the much-prized “top cherry” award will be unveiled.
One of the awards up for grabs is Superb Services to the Industry. This is a new category and will reward excellence to a supplier who has worked with a client on a specific project to address a strategic issue or contributed to the achievement of organisational objectives and business strategy.
Candidates must have already added value to the organisation and supported a new way of working.
Other categories include Excellent HR Manager, Exemplary Employer of Choice, Extraordinary HR Initiative, Fantastic HR Adviser, Outstanding HR Director, The Blossoming Award, The Top Cherry, Tremendous Learning and Development, Exceptional Employee Engagement, and Terrific Team of Year.
