Subsea firm Acteon has taken on 177 workers from Proserv amid an acquisition of its field technology services (FTS) business. A total of 106 Aberdeen-based employees will transfer, along with workers in Stavanger and Louisiana, to Acteon under its Claxon brand. The value of the sale, expected to be completed by the end of July, has not been disclosed.
