Meldrum House Country Hotel scooped a top accolade at the “Oscars” for the industry at the AA Hospitality Awards in London.
The hotel and golf course in Oldmeldrum was named the AA Hotel of the Year for Scotland.
The judges said winners were selected in recognition of excellence and success within their category, having shown a significant improvement in the preceding 12 to 18 months and proving their dedication to raising industry standards.
The AA said Meldrum House has undergone a “major refurbishment programme turning a tired three star hotel
into one of the finest country house hotels in the country” over past four years.
