Roads likely to be affected include the A96 between Aberdeen and Elgin, the A95 and the A9 coming out of Inverness. A spokesman for Traffic Scotland said that there were no planned road closures at this stage but commuters should check their website for updates. A yellow warning has been issued for snow fall tonight in Aberdeenshire, Moray and Highlands.
