Saltire Cookers is the latest tenant to sign up for City South Business Park in Porthlethen, near Aberdeen.
The company has taken a five-year lease on a 1,250sq ft light industrial unit at the 40-acre park.
Launched in 2019 and previously based in Inverbervie, Saltire refurbishes Aga cookers.
It is also said to be Scotland’s only installer of e-control systems allowing customers to moderate the temperatures of their cookers, making them cheaper to run.

Managing director Steven Johnson said: “We had a small unit in Inverbervie but were struggling for space.

“We wanted to find a place that would give us lots of workspace but would have an attractive shopfront, and City South was just perfect.
“The buildings are really well designed, the park is beautifully landscaped and there are lots of parking spaces.”
Barry Stanley, of landlord Clearwater Electrical, said: “We moved to City South about three years ago and when the opportunity to buy a second unit at the park came up we snapped it up as it was such a good investment.
“There aren’t many new business units like this in the Aberdeen area as a lot of them are fairly old and tired, so we knew we would be able to find a tenant relatively quickly.
“We were located in Altens Industrial Estate before. It was always so busy and navigating the city traffic was a nightmare.”
Developer Dandara recently started construction work on a third phase of City South.
The company is building a further 28 industrial units to meet demand from small and medium-sized enterprises.
This latest building work follows the success of previous phases at the business park, which is now more than 80% occupied.
‘Strong appetite’
Claire Bathgate, head of sales, Dandara Aberdeen, said: “Despite the current financial climate, there is a strong appetite for competitively priced, well-located small industrial units and we have had a lot of interest.”
The first of the new units in phase three will be ready to occupy from spring 2023. Ranging in size from 850sq ft, they will be suitable for a wide variety of light industrial uses.
