Drinks giant Pernod Ricard has appointed a new marketing director for its Chivas Brothers whisky business following a global reshuffle.
Sophie Gallois, currently marketing director at the firm’s Marseille-based headquarters, will be appointed as the marketing director of Chivas Brothers as of 1 September 2015.
She replaces Eric Benoist, who will be appointed as managing director of Pernod Ricard’s Polish vodka brand, Wyborowa, and its Central Europe Management Entity.
Ms Gallois will report to Laurent Lacassagne, the chairman and chief executive of Chivas.
Meanwhile, catering and facilities management firmTrinity International Services has promoted Rachel O’Donnell as its HR director.
Ms O’Donnell has more than a decade of experience in human resources, became an HR manager for Trinity in 2013.
Stuart MacBride, chairman of Trinity International Services, said: “Rachel’s in-depth knowledge of working with a large, multi-disciplinary workforce has been invaluable and her leadership of our HR department has brought significant, positive change to the company. This promotion recognises the contribution she has made to the business.”
Ms O’Donnell is based at the company’s Aberdeen headquarters in Bon Accord Square along with 15 members of staff and 2 placement students from the Robert Gordon University.
