Firms seeking office space in Aberdeen may have to move fast to secure some or all of the “highly adaptable” accommodation on offer at Balmoral Group’s business park at Loirston.
Balmoral Group, which has been providing products and services for the global offshore energy, engineering, marine, construction and processing sectors since 1980, said yesterday it was fielding inquiries from companies looking to occupy either a complete floor or single wing.
An office pavilion at the business park overlooking Loirston Loch, the largest body of fresh water in Aberdeen, has 40,000sq ft of space available as a single or multi-let option.
Spanning three floors and two wings, the building was designed with flexibility in mind.
The open plan office space offers features including energy-efficient heating, air conditioning and a full movement-sensitive and daylight linked control system.

The new city bypass, due to open in 2017, will run alongside the development.
With the imminent opening of Audi and Porsche dealerships on the doorstep, and ongoing development of residential and retail sites, including a Sainsbury’s Local store and planned Ikea outlet, a major transformation of the area is nearing completion.
