Students were forced to flee Aberdeen University’s Sir Duncan Rice building after a fire alarm was activated at about 3.45pm. Students outside the Sir Duncan Rice building Firefighters were called to the scene. A fire and rescue spokeswoman said: “We were called, it was a system fault. We had two units from Aberdeen Central.”
