A body was discovered near Aberdeen University today.
Police were contacted at 11.30am after a man’s body was found in a wooded area off Tillydrone Road, near the university’s sociology building.
Police closed off the stretch of road and redirected traffic, causing long queues.
A spokeswoman for the police said there were no suspicious circumstances, and the next of kin have been informed.
