An Inverness woman has graduated with a Masters in Human Resources after juggling working full-time with her studies.
Kelly More, 34, completed the MSc online, while working with NHS Highland more than 100 miles away.
She said: “I had a full time job and I didn’t want to give that up in the current climate because who knows what kind of job I’d be able to get.
“I’d worked my way up over the years of my career and I didn’t want to give that up, so I was looking for another way to do it. Distance learning was the best way to be able to complete the qualification and keep working.”
She added: “It was really challenging, really hard, because I was obviously working full time, so it was taking up quite a lot of my evenings and weekends.
“But sometimes the things that you want in life you’ve got to work hard for, so I feel a great sense of achievement, I feel quite proud.”
She now plans to continue her work at NHS Highland and make a number of improvements she identified during her studies.
