Students from Robert Gordon University (RGU) have teamed up with a north-east charity to organise a fundraising dinner.
The team, in the fourth year of the event management course, will host Hearts for Homeless in aid of Aberdeen Cyrenians at the city’s Copthorne Hotel on Friday March, 20.
The evening will be hosted by broadcaster Rebecca Curran and will feature entertainment from five-piece function band Tumbling Dice.
Scott Baxter, deputy chief executive of Aberdeen Cyrenians, said: “This is the second year we’ve been involved with the RGU event management course and the support and enthusiasm the students show towards all the charities involved really is something special.
“The funds and awareness for Aberdeen Cyrenians raised on the night will be a massive help in allowing us to continue to provide our diverse range of services for people in need across Aberdeen and the surrounding area.”
Tables of 10 are available for £550 and will include a three-course meal and auction.
They can be bought by contacting sales.heartsforhomeless@gmail.com.
