Adventurous students from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen are jetting off to India to deliver health, nutrition and sport sessions to young people.
The RGU Go: India project will involve 12 students travelling to the country in August.
They will spend four weeks in India, with three weeks based at Manipal University in Karnataka, which has links with RGU, as well as a week in Mumbai.
RGU Go: India is also backed by London 2012 Olympic gold medallist rower Katherine Grainger, who is an ambassador for the Aberdeen Youth Games.
The team of students will be announced in January, following an application process held at the start of the university semester.
The group will include two students each from applied sport and exercise science, nutrition, PR and media, event management, communication design and journalism.
During their time in India, students will design, promote and deliver a health, nutrition and sport project for young people in the Manipal community.
