I don’t often have a traditional weekend as gigs tend to be on Fridays and Saturdays, so my weekend could be a Tuesday/Wednesday. Perfect night in? A few glasses of wine and watching Match of the Day with my partner, Alice. Perfect night out? A nice meal and a few pints afterwards. Ideal weekend partner? I’d love to meet Jeff Stelling and discuss football over a few pints. Favourite weekend shopping destination? Galway, Ireland. Favourite place to walk? Any forest. Weekend you’d love to live again? The weekend The Saw Doctors went to number one with I Useta Lover. Weekend you’d hate to live again? The weekend Manchester United “won” the 1999 Champions League. Perfect Sunday breakfast? A good fry-up. Your cure for the Sunday blues? Juventus on the TV. Your dream weekend (if money was no object)? Turin with tickets for the football, good, wine, etc.
