The Kapten Piano Trio will give a concert, promoted by Aberdeen Chamber Music Concerts, on Monday, in the Sanctuary at Queen’s Cross Church, Albyn Place,at 7.30pm.
The three young musicians are distinguished graduates of Glasgow Conservatoire, Oxford University and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre.
They met and started to play together while doing their post-graduate studies at Glasgow, and are making a name for themselves performing around the UK and Europe. They are Estonian pianist Kristi Kapten, violinist Rachel Spencer and cellist Duncan Strachan.
They will play trios by Mozart, Ravel and Schubert.

Tickets for Monday, December 5, will be available at the door of the venue from 7pm on the night – £12 with a concession ticket at £6 for under 25s, students and those in receipt of disability or jobseekers allowance.
