When does your weekend start?
Friday evening is my favourite time to go out and absorb a bit of culture and entertainment.
Perfect night in?
Kids off to bed then a well-written and well-acted foreign movie or series, a warm fire and some nibbles.
Perfect night out?
A play, dinner at a simple yet delicious local restaurant and live music for afters.
Ideal weekend partner?
My husband, of course! But I do love catching up with a good friend too.
Favourite weekend shopping destination?
I would say Dundee is a good place and not too far.
Favourite place to walk?
I’m a seaside kind of girl, so I’d say going to Dunnottar Castle in Stonehaven.
Weekend you’d love to live again?
Quick escape to London with my husband and no kids.
Weekend you’d hate to live again?
One that I’d spent cleaning the house.
Perfect Sunday breakfast?
In bed.
Your cure for the Sunday blues?
A good comedy, popcorn and cuddling up on the sofa with my kids.
Your dream weekend (if money was no object)?
Oh, if money were no object, I’d go somewhere different every weekend: Barcelona, Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam and of course all the lovely places in Scotland I’m yet to go to.
