When does your weekend start?
As soon as I’m home from work and have finished packing up any Etsy orders for the week.
Perfect night in?
Can’t go wrong with a cheese and wine night on the sofa with a good movie! If not that then you will usually find me sketching and water colouring.
Perfect night out?
Trying out a new restaurant or going to an art exhibition. Spectra will definitely be a great night out for families and friends, there’s such a buzz in the city when it’s on.
Ideal weekend partner?
Family and friends. It’s a bonus if my friend takes her dog.
Favourite weekend shopping destination?
I’m always on the lookout for independent craft fairs in Aberdeen.
Favourite place to walk?
I’m looking forward to exploring Union Terrace Gardens and the city centre when Spectra is on.
Weekend you’d love to live again?
I went to Copenhagen last year for a long weekend and it was brilliant. Beautiful Danish design everywhere, delicious food and colourful buildings.
Weekend you’d hate to live again?
I think it must be a good sign that nothing is springing to mind.
Perfect Sunday breakfast?
It’s got to be banana pancakes with chopped nuts and plenty maple syrup.
Your cure for the Sunday blues?
I love cooking and find myself creating something in the kitchen most Sundays after yoga at Foodstory!
Your dream weekend (if money was no object)?
Travelling. Morocco, Lisbon and Japan are a few of the places on my list.
Spectra runs from Thursday, February 8, to Sunday, February 11. More details can be found at www.spectraaberdeen.com
