Two of the biggest names on the UK comedy circuit will make their Aberdeen Comedy Festival debuts when the event returns next year.
Daniel Sloss and Jimeoin will headline the event which will, for the first time, include the revamped Music Hall as one of its many venues around the city.
The acclaimed Daniel Sloss will appear at The Music Hall on Saturday, October 5.
As somebody who is fast becoming one of the world’s biggest comedy names, with two hour-long Netflix comedy specials released in 190 countries, Mr Sloss’s current tour has become a comedy juggernaut, selling out shows as fast as they can be added.
Award-winning Jimeoin will close the festival on Sunday, October 3 at The Music Hall.
He is known for his wit and charming observations on the absurdities of every-day life.
Adrian Watson, chief executive of event organisers Aberdeen Inspired said: “We are delighted to bring these comedians to the festival and to them for bringing their biggest ever shows to the city by performing in the beautiful, redeveloped Music Hall.
“It’s a terrific coup for us to have secured these great acts.”
Following a record-breaking festival in 2018, which saw nearly a dozen sold-out shows, next year’s festival will run for 11 days, from October 3 to 13.
