An outdoor screening of The Greatest Showman that was due to take place tonight has been cancelled.
Organisers from Pitmedden Garden, where the event was to be held, made the announcement on their social media page.
The statement reads: “The supplier we use to host this event has cancelled the event due to the forecast of Storm Miguel and strong gusts.”
It goes on to say that “refunds will be processed within the next few days”. Anyone who purchased a ticket at the property is urged to contact the shop directly.
Organisers thanked everyone who had planned to attend the event and for supporting them.
