Music superstar Justin Bieber is coming to Aberdeen.
He has just announced new dates for his much-anticipated Justice World Tour, including a gig at Aberdeen’s P&J Live.
“We’ve been working hard to create the best show we’ve ever done, and we can’t wait to share it with fans around the world. I’ll see you soon,” said Justin.
Kicking off his UK tour in Glasgow before travelling to Aberdeen to play at P&J Live on February 11 2023, Justin – who skyrocketed to fame in 2010 with his pop single Baby – will only play six UK cities, making the Granite City gig extra special.
Justin Bieber Aberdeen tickets expected to sell out quickly
With tickets going on sale this Friday, P&J Live bosses expect them to be snapped up very quickly.
Louise Stewart, head of entertainment, exhibitions and marketing at P&J Live said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have been included in Justin’s world tour, especially when there are very few dates in the UK.
“We know that there are lots of Beliebers here in the north-east that are just as excited as we are and will want one of the hottest tickets in town. So set those alarms and get ready for on sale this Friday – it’s going to be a big one!”
Travelling to more than 20 countries
Taking place from May 2022 through to March 2023, Justice World Tour will take Justin to five continents and more than 20 countries, with additional shows to be announced in Asia and the Middle East.
The Canadian superstar promises each evening will be a celebration of his fans who have been looking forward to these new shows since the pandemic sidelined the previously announced 2020 dates.
Justice World Tour will mark the singer’s first global outing since his Purpose World Tour in 2016/2017 when he played to more than 2.7 million fans.
Recent album amasses nearly nine billion streams worldwide
The tour is named after Justin’s latest smash hit album Justice which was released in April. The singer’s sixth studio album has amassed nearly nine billion streams worldwide, arriving on the back of huge international hits Anyone, Lonely and Holy.
In an unprecedented career that started when he was 13 years old, Bieber, who was the subject of a recent Amazon documentary, holds 32 Guinness World Records, 21 Billboard Music Awards, 2 BRIT Awards, 18 American Music Awards and 21 MTV Europe Music Awards.
He has sold more than 70 million albums and last year broke Elvis Presley’s record as the youngest solo artist to have eight albums reach Number 1 on the Billboard 200 charts.
