Irish rockers The Script will turn P&J Live into “Hall Of Fame” this Thursday.
The band, which was formed in 2007, is ready to celebrate their journey – which so far includes five UK number one albums and six billion streams – when they return to Aberdeen later this week.

When and where will The Script perform in Aberdeen?
The Script will bring their “The Greatest Hits Tour” to Aberdeen’s P&J Live on Thursday May 26. Doors open at 6pm. The support act will take to the stage at 7.30pm and the Script is scheduled to perform from 8.30pm.
Which songs will they perform?
The Script will play some of the band’s biggest hits including Hall Of Fame, Superheroes and Breakeven.
What is The Script best known for?
The Script’s eponymous debut album was released in August 2008. The trio – Danny O’Donoghue, Glen Power and Mark Sheehan – has sold more than 20 million albums worldwide and received two Brit Award nominations.
Frontman Danny O’Donoghue was also a coach on The Voice UK for seasons one and two.
Who’s the support act?
English singer Ella Henderson, who competed in the ninth series of The X Factor UK in 2012, will support The Script in Aberdeen. Her debut studio album Chapter One – released in 2014 – reached number one in the UK and featured popular singles Ghost, Glow and Yours.
Her second studio album – Everything I Didn’t Say – was released in March 2022.
How do I get to P&J Live to see The Script in Aberdeen?
Venue bosses would like to encourage gig-goers to use public transport.
Bus
Stagecoach Jet Service 727: Stagecoach will be operating its 727 Service between Union Square and P&J Live, running every 30 minutes. Additional buses will depart from Union Square to the venue on a dedicated PJ1 service from 6.30pm.
Buses will depart back into Aberdeen City Centre after the event is finished – these will depart from the front of Hilton Hotel.
Car
Gig-goers can enter via Dyce Drive or A96 if travelling southbound, as other entry points are bus gates only. Visitors can exit via all three exits, at the A96, Dyce Drive and Wellheads Drive. To pay for parking people can either use one of the on-site payment machines or APCOA Connect App.
Will alcohol and food be available?
There are many food and beverage options available to purchase, including catering outlets offering a variety of hot food options. P&J Live aims to be completely cashless – all the venue’s bars, kiosks and restaurants accept card payments and there are no cash machines on site.
