A north-east business organisation is encouraging local artists and volunteers to take part in a globally-acclaimed event.
The Nuart festival is renowned as a leading celebration of street art and takes place in Aberdeen from April 14-16.
And now, Aberdeen Inspired has delivered the message they want as many people as possible to get involved.
Adrian Watson, the organisation’s chief executive, said: “The idea behind Nuart is to use street art to transform areas of the city centre and we are looking for volunteers to show their support and help out.
“This could take the form of hosting the artists, assisting them in production, helping on the walking tours, or helping to distribute information.”
Mr Watson also hopes north-east artists seize the chance to work with contemporaries from around the world.
He added: “We are keen to involve local artists in Nuart and would like to invite any interested parties to get in touch with us.
“This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a real artistic movement within Aberdeen, working alongside artists from around the globe and creating real talking points in the heart of the city centre.”
Any artists or volunteers who want to take part in Nuart are asked to contact Aberdeen Inspired by emailing info@aberdeeninspired.com.
