The Killers, are returning to the north-east later this year.
The American rock bank will play the AECC’s GE Oil & Gas Arena on November 21.
The announcement comes ahead of the band’s sold out show in Hyde Park tomorrow and follows their hit-laden surprise set at Glastonbury last month.
The Killers recently released the video for their new single, “The Man”, the first taster of the new album ‘Wonderful Wonderful’ which is their first since 2012’s chart-topping ‘Battle Born’.
Anna Mackenzie, Senior Sales Manager at AECC, commented: “I’m absolutely delighted that The Killers are coming back to Aberdeen.
“After watching their Glastonbury set I had hoped they would include an Aberdeen date on this tour.
“Our arena is perfect for this type of show, when they’ve played here in the past the audience have been bouncing from start to finish! Their new material looks like it will add another dimension for what’s set to be an amazing night.”
Tickets for the show go on sale on July 14 at 9am, priced £55 plus booking fee, from Ticketmaster on 08444 77 9000 or online at www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
