Rock band Editors has cancelled its Beach Ballroom gig in Aberdeen this evening.
The group took to Twitter to explain that frontman Tom Smith has been “struggling with a deep cold” and that he cannot sing well enough to perform.
Editors, which is promoting its latest album Violence on the tour, has said it is looking into the possibility of playing the Granite City at another date in the future.
Ticket-holders are able to get refunds from wherever they bought them from.
The band were very much looking forward to playing tonight in Aberdeen and are gutted that the show cannot go ahead. We will look into the possibility of rescheduling the show. Ticket refunds are available from place of purchase.
