Scottish Chamber Orchestra will conjure a tale of four cities at Aberdeen’s Music Hall on Saturday evening.
The beauty of Paris, Salzburg and Vienna will meet with the glitz of Hollywood in a programme which will include Stravinsky’s Concerto in Re – written in the US – Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante and Symphony No, 31 Paris, and Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 2.
The music of these classical greats will be performed by soloists Llyr Williams on piano, Alexander Janicek on violin, and Jane Atkins on viola – accompanied, of course, by the wonderful Scottish Chamber Orchestra.
Scottish Chamber Orchestra will perform at the Music Hall, Aberdeen, this Saturday, January 17, at 7.30pm. Tickets are available from www.aberdeenperformingarts.com or by calling 01224 641122.
