When does your weekend start?
When we get a couple of days off from being on the road.
Perfect night in
Remote control in my hand and either Lost or Breaking Bad on the TV.
Perfect night out
An evening out on my boat at sunset or upriver inland near Arundel Castle.
Ideal weekend partner?
My wife, of course.
Favourite weekend shopping destination?
Selfridges in either Oxford Street or Covent Garden.
Favourite place to walk?
Along the beach at home with the dog, where I can clear my head from all the travelling.
Weekend you’d love to live again
I had a weekend in Paris a while ago which was beautiful. I loved Paris.
Weekend you’d hate to live again
Last weekend, when I was still ill with flu.
Perfect Sunday breakfast?
In Barbados on the beach at a house we go to in the winter.
Your cure for the Sunday blues?
I don’t get Sunday blues, so I don’t know.
Your dream weekend (if money was no object)
Probably on a boat on a flat, calm sea just off the coast, where I would be with friends. Would have to be warm, too.
