Roast dinner, a good comedy and a duvet
Your dream weekend (if money was no object)?
First-class flight to New York to see a play on Broadway, helicopter to Chicago for dinner and a glass of red at the top of the Hancock Tower, then on to San Francisco to hang around and feel cool.
