A new class aims to transform the way youngsters with additional support needs engage with music.
Created by Aberdeen Performing Arts and Drake Music Scotland, it will use colour, shapes and cutting edge technology to enforce a deeper understanding of music.
Creative learning manager for Aberdeen Performing Arts, Lisa Mathieson, said: “The highly trained team will create a relaxed and informal environment to deliver a fun, engaging programme that will respond to the individual talents and abilities of the participants.”
The interactive sessions will take place in Aberdeen Music Hall’s Tutti Studio every Wednesday from 6-7pm.
Aimed at children aged 10 and above, the classes start on January 29.
Places can be booked online, via the box office, at His Majesty’s Theatre or at the Lemon Tree.
