Alzheimer Scotland is holding A Day in Duthie Park to raise awareness about dementia.
The charity, which hosts Dementia Awareness Week in June, is holding events around the country to encourage people to talk about the condition.
A Day in Duthie Park will take place on Wednesday, June 4 and will be open to everyone.
Exercise classes and sessions to engage with nature will be held throughout the day, as well as guided walks with park ranger Arthur Gill.
There will be an art group session with Aberdeen Art Gallery which will allow participants the opportunity to sketch outside or, in the case of bad weather, inside the Winter Gardens.
Aberdeen Football Club’s community coaches will also be on hand to hold a walking football and kickabout session.
The day will finish with a sing and dance finale in the Winter Gardens.
The charity will have a Memory Bus parked on site during the day with giveaways, photography and football reminiscing displays.
Volunteers will also be on hand, manning information stands and helping people join in activities.
The event is free to attend but some activities require booking and more information can be found online at www.alzscot.org.
