As 2019 draws to a close, why not squeeze in one last luxury coach trip this year with Whytes Coaches?

Whether you fancy exploring the countryside during autumn or ringing in the New Year in style, there’s still time to book in for a Scottish adventure.

Whytes Couch Tours has two great tours coming up soon – here are all the details you need.

Chilling in the Trossachs

Discover the magical beauty of one of Scotland’s most scenic areas as you visit The Trossachs National Park & Loch Lomond.

Aberfoyle is the perfect location from which to explore the Trossachs, Loch Lomond and Stirling with its commanding castle.

Your base will be the Rob Roy Hotel, wonderfully situated in idyllic countryside at the gateway to the glorious Trossachs and set within Scotland’s first National Park.

Named after the legendary local folk hero Rob Roy McGregor, the Rob Roy offers excellent food, friendly staff and good old-fashioned value for money.

There are 100 en-suite bedrooms, all non-smoking and with television, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a lift, but the majority of rooms are on the ground floor.

The following is included:

  •  Luxury coach travel
  • Morning coffee on the first day
  • 4 nights dinner, bed & breakfast at the Rob Roy Hotel, Aberfoyle
  • An excursion to Stirling, including admission to Stirling Castle
  • An excursion to Loch Lomond and around the Trossachs National Park
  • Leisure time to explore Aberfoyle
  • A glass of wine each evening at dinner
  • 3 drinks vouchers per day
  • 2 nights of hotel entertainment.

The tour leaves Aberdeen on November 4 and prices start from £310.

Hogmanay at the Ballachulish Hotel

This tour is the perfect opportunity to get away and celebrate the New Year in the West Highlands.

On the shores of Loch Linnhe and Loch Leven, and situated amid breathtaking scenery at the foot of the dramatic Glencoe, the Ballachulish Hotel offers a truly unique location and warm welcome.

The baronial splendour of the interior and architecture makes the hotel the perfect place for a festive celebration.

Bedrooms are decorated in a traditional style, reflecting the hotel’s Highland heritage, and many boast outstanding Loch views.

Set against the Ben Vair mountain range in a spectacular lochside location, the building is a sentinel to its own past and the rich history of the surrounding area.

Visiting the Highlands, Queen Victoria commented in her diary on the ‘beautiful hotel’ as she passed on the Ballachulish Ferry.

The following is included:

  • Luxury coach travel
  • Morning coffee on the first day
  •  3 nights at the Ballachulish Hotel
  • Porterage
  • DBB on the 30th with arrival tea and cake, and a welcome sparkling drink reception
  • Full board on the 31st to include light lunch, a 4 course gala dinner and a glass of wine
  •  Full board on the 1st to include afternoon tea and a 3-course dinner.
  • Nightly entertainment.

The tour leaves Aberdeen on December 30 and prices start from £420.
